Wedding Booking Form

 

Booking is as easy as 1 2 3:

1. To secure your wedding bagpiper we just need a little information about your wedding. Then we will email you a Booking Agreement in the next 24 hours. The Booking Agreement clarifies the details of your wedding. You and the bagpiper receive copies of this agreement so that everyone concerned is well informed and knows what’s expected.

2. When you receive your Booking Agreement via email, please check over the details to make sure the information is correct. Then print out 2 copies and sign both. Keep one copy and return the other to us along with your deposit. You can email your agreement back to us or send via post. Deposits can be paid by cheque or paid online via Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal.

3. As soon as we receive your Booking Agreement and Deposit we will confirm with the bagpiper and send you a Booking Confirmation Number. Then the booking is complete and we will put you directly in touch with the piper so you can talk over the music for your wedding in more detail.
